Royal Cup Coffee and Tea asked us to uncover compelling insights to help build a 5-year strategic plan focused on new business growth opportunities. We carried out a series of research phases to help inform the development of the plan, including collaboration sessions, employee surveys, in-depth interviews, and facilitated a three-day retreat where the plan was co-created by the executive leadership team. Instead of static annual plans, Royal Cup now has a more effective, rolling strategic plan with Heart + Mind providing ongoing support into specific business initiative implementation.
