Protecting homeownership in America

During the steep economic downturn, proposed legislation threatened to make homeownership harder to obtain. Working with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) we identified critical issues and messaging strategies that would shift public attitudes. Our work helped the NAHB educate policymakers about the benefits of homeownership and prevent policies from being enacted that would have made it harder for many Americans to buy a home.
